Developing Leadership

We believe the vast majority of people are capable of far more than they know or believe. We also believe you can lead from any position, whether front-line associate or executive, and we structure our leadership development programs to provide the opportunity for all team members to practice and demonstrate their capacity to lead. We ensure all team members have the chance to make recommendations, to provide feedback to one another, and to participate in making decisions to tackle tough issues they face.

This two day offsite is the hallmark of Pinnacle’s programs, with a goal of exposing the tough issues that hold an organization back and then making the decisions and action plans to resolve those issues. We’ll use experiential learning and proven methods to get to the hot issues fast, press for decisions and align teams to drive accountability.

Pinnacle offers one- or two-day offsite programs to assess how your team performed through crisis. We’ll dig into how to move forward, make decisions and take action to emerge from turbulence stronger. We also provide executive coaching to share our decades of experience of thriving in change and turning crisis into opportunity.
